Dear Ali, it’s very simple to charge the device, inside the box you can find out the charging cable just charge same like charging a mobile device.
If your question is to charge the car, then that is also too simple, Turn on the jump starter, plug the jumper clips with the blue socket of the jump starter and connect Red wire with Red terminal and the Black with Black terminal of the battery and push car star button and once car start just disconnect the cables from the car battery.
